Returns Policy

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or personal preferences.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be submitted within 1 hour of placing an order, provided the order has not been fulfilled.

Once the cancellation window has passed, the order enters processing and can no longer be cancelled.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. It is usually 5 to 7 working days.
