Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions, pricing, and availability displayed on the website are accurate.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on the device, display settings, lighting, and screen being used. Minor variations in colour, print placement, dimensions, finishing, stitching, or other production characteristics may also occur. Such reasonable variations do not constitute a defect.
Personalised & Custom Products
Customers are responsible for carefully checking all personalisation details before placing an order, including names, initials, spelling, colours, artwork, uploaded files, and other custom instructions.
Where a customer provides artwork, images, or design files, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the submitted material is correct and suitable for production.
Once production has begun, changes to personalised or custom-made products may not be possible. Any issues relating to personalised products will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Pricing & Payments
- All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.
- We accept prepaid orders through the secure digital payment methods available at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing or technical errors should they occur. If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer before proceeding.
Orders & Fulfilment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment transactions;
- Incorrect pricing or system errors;
- Unavailable inventory or manufacturing materials;
- Incomplete shipping or customer contact information; or
- Destinations that cannot be serviced by our courier network.
Where an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within standard bank processing timelines.
Order Cancellations
Customers may cancel an order at any time prior to order dispatch or fulfillment by contacting our support team, subject to the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Once an order has entered dispatch or has been handed over to our courier partner, it can no longer be cancelled.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship nationwide across India. Shipping terms, handling times (0–1 business days), delivery timeframes (1–4 business days), order cut-off times (10:00 AM IST), tracking instructions, and delivery conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Our Return & Refund Policy governs:
- Eligible return reasons (strictly transit damage, defects, or incorrect items received within 7 days);
- The reporting timeframe and evidence requirements;
- Return pickup and shipping arrangements (handled at zero cost to the customer for verified defects);
- Non-acceptance of change-of-mind returns;
- Replacements; and
- Refund processing timelines (5–7 business days).

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, PIN code, and contact information at checkout. We are not liable for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer details. If you notice an error after placing an order, please contact us immediately.

You may not use this website or its content for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose, or attempt to compromise site security, payment endpoints, or connected systems.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Lets Talk Mahjong shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website use or carrier delays outside our reasonable control.
