For cancelled orders, the refund will be issued to the original payment method and should reflect within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution at no additional cost.
